Authorized by the European Commission kingdom of Holland and approved by International Court of Justice, the EU Cultural Administration was established in September, 2, 2013. Mr.Wang Shousong, who has been served as first director and its main office is located in Arnhem, Holland.
The EU Culture Administration’s purpose is to promote the development of diplomatic relations, to expand international cultural exchange and cooperation, and the maintenance of world peace in EU countries, as well as EU members and other countries in the world. The EU Culture Administration is also carrying out national cultural exchanges, including establishing friendship with the other culture groups, local friendly organizations and people from various fields, promoting national economic and trade cooperation, helping establish friendly city and local government relationship.
